After our sell-out event last year, we had our partners from Performance Property Advisory (PPA) come back again. PPA shared their predictive data and insights on property investment in Canberra and beyond at our Canberra Property Investment Evening last week.
The lucky attendees were welcomed with champagne and delicious canapés on arrival, along with sweeping views from the QT Lounge on the 15th floor of the QT Hotel.
Attendees heard from PPA on the how, where and what to invest in to grow their portfolio. They got the lowdown on the current investor lending environment from Director of Goodwin Home Loans, Matt Goodwin. Bradley Beer, CEO of BMT Tax Depreciation talked about the “must do’s” when it comes to depreciation and claiming the maximum amount of deductions. Finally, we had Nick Xipakis from SATS cover important legislative compliance items that can sometimes be overlooked but as investors, we all need to keep on top of.
Each attendee had the opportunity to get a one-on-one investment property health check on their property.
