Collective Auctions is back again this Spring.

Following the tremendous success of our first live auction at Floriade last year, The Property Collective is excited to return for another vibrant event. As proud sponsors of Floriade Community in 2024, we’ve supported the festival by providing over 300,000 bulbs to brighten Canberra’s streets. This year, we will once again be hosting our spring auctions live from the Tulip Stage at Floriade, with this Collective Auctions to be our greatest one yet!

Selling your property at Collective Auctions.

What it means for you.

Bigger crowd of prospective buyers

An increased pool of potential buyers. Because there will be a number of properties auctioned at our event, buyers who miss out on their first preference might then bid on other similar properties on the list, which increases the chances of your property being sold and for the highest possible price.

Maximised conditions for a higher sale outcome

Being a part of Collective Auctions will give your agent and auctioneer greater control over the variables on the day like weather, parking, traffic, tenanted properties, privacy issues, the list goes on. That means they can maximise conditions for a higher sale outcome.

More ‘genuine’ buyers than curious spectators

A more professional environment with only serious bidders turning up, creates better conditions for pre- and post-auction negotiations and greater control over the auction itself.
